Cairnhill SFS
Site Fixed Systems is a fast track modern method of construction designed to replace a concrete - block and timber external wall inner leaf and internal load-bearing division walls. Suitable for supporting cladding, masonry, render and rain-screen finishes our structural stud and track system is pre-engineered to exact lengths and sizes eliminating waste on site.
Steel in construction is globally 90% recycled and is light weight compared to hot rolled steel and concrete making it ideal for buildings with restricted access, where craneage can be costly. It is stronger and more robust than timber and is only 20% of the weight of concrete - block and offers significant programme savings over traditional methods of construction.
Dependent on the project Cairnhill can offer a dry-lining supply only or supply and fit service.
Conception to reality
Cairnhill Framing Systems has a pre-contract service and will liaise with the developers, contractors, architects & engineers at any stage of a project to provide specific structural and dry-lining solutions. This can be prior to architectural design which is preferable to allow the most cost effective solution or on completion of scheme drawings..
